When lab work is needed, our mobile phlebotomist comes to you to check cholesterol, blood sugar, thyroid function, vitamin levels, and more — all without requiring you to visit a clinic.

Telehealth Preventive Care Services

During a typical telehealth wellness visit, your provider will review your medical history and current health concerns, discuss age-appropriate screenings and vaccinations, order lab work as needed, and create a personalized prevention plan based on your risk factors and goals.
We also offer standalone lab panels drawn by our mobile phlebotomist without a full wellness visit. Our comprehensive lab panel ($249) includes a full metabolic panel, lipid panel, CBC, thyroid function, and more. For patients interested in hormone health, we offer a hormone panel add-on ($99) that tests testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, DHEA, and cortisol levels.
Every lab result is reviewed by your provider, who will schedule a follow-up telehealth visit to discuss findings and recommend next steps. We believe in explaining your results clearly and creating actionable plans — not just handing you a printout.

Preventive care visits are $59 each with our simple cash-pay model. Lab work is billed separately — your provider will discuss which labs are needed and provide exact pricing before any blood work is drawn. No insurance paperwork needed.
For most adults, an annual wellness visit is recommended. Your provider may recommend more frequent visits based on your health history and risk factors.
Our mobile phlebotomist comes to you at a convenient time to draw blood and collect samples. Results are sent to a certified lab and reviewed by your provider via telehealth follow-up.
